Special Projects
Firm personnel have been responsible for the preparation of various applications dealing with projects that are outside the norm or CCD, Comprehensive Plans, Revitalizations, etc. These projects can be included in a majority of the standard pieces that we submit whereas others are standalone items. Some of these include Environmental and Historic Reviews, Labor Compliance, Enterprise Zones and Annexation/Boundary Adjustments.
Recent clients include Henry County, Pulaski, Smithfield, Galax, Franklin, and Emporia, all located within the Commonwealth.
