Housing
Firm personnel have performed work in the housing field for over 35 years. Projects have involved housing rehabilitation programs, congregate housing, LIHTC, preparation of plans for assisted living development, LMI and affordable housing, and housing strategic plans for capturing and supporting market rate housing in an urban setting.
Examples of our recent housing work include housing rehabilitation programs in Richmond, Blacksburg, Martinsville, Franklin, and Abingdon; affordable housing developments in Norton and Williamsburg; subdivision guidelines for cluster and neo-traditional housing developments in Fluvanna County; and the preparation of a housing strategic plan in Roanoke, all within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
