Local man Russell B. Clark has begun the process of renovating 'The New' theater opened by his father in 1937. The theatre was wildly popular during its heyday, but as time went on people began to lose interest. Now, 60 years later, Mr. Clark hopes to revive the theater to its former glory.
This project is taking place in the heart of Downtown Keysville, which is currently in the midst of a CDBG-funded downtown revitalization project. Read the full story via WSET13 here.
