Housekeeping
In collaboration with the nationally syndicated cartoonist Gary Brookins of Pluggers fame, our firm has created the Housekeeping & Home Maintenance Manuals, combining clever illustrations and concise text to guide new homeowners and first-time renters in caring for one's home or apartment and in home management.
The booklets contain more than 75 illustrations to help explain routine maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs for inside and outside the home, general housekeeping and finance. They can serve as instructional handbooks for first time homeowners and participants in various housing programs.
The Housekeeping manual is only available in Spanish at this time.
The Housekeeping Manual provides guidelines for routine housekeeping. Checklists are included to develop weekly, seasonal, and yearly routines. There is also a finance section with tips on budgeting, bank accounts, credit reports, and insurance, as well as advice on seeking additional financial assistance.
