Community Planning Partners, Inc., was organized in 1978 and specializes in comprehensive planning, zoning, urban design, preservation, community and economic development, downtown revitalization, and housing projects.
Many of our projects are assisted through Federal and State grant programs. Personnel collectively have in excess of 100 years of experience in these fields with a tradition of assistance to local governments, non-profits and authorities throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Individualized, professional services to every client is a central philosophy of the firm. Principals are directly involved and responsible for each client.
This is accomplished with the aid of a talented staff educated and experienced in art and architecture, urban design, law, geography, economics, project development and management, and comprehensive planning.
Emphasis is placed on community and stakeholder involvement, graphic communication, and "hands-on" assistance. Our approach embraces the belief that planning is a necessary prelude to informed decision making and the successful completion of a project and implementation of a plan.
